Our bed bug prices are simple: £220 for the first room and £120 for each extra room. Here’s what that covers, what can change it, and how heat treatment fits in.
Quote and Survey
Our price: free by phone or WhatsApp. A survey visit, if we need one, is £99 and comes off the price if you book.
The survey confirms the infestation, checks how far it has spread, and decides which treatment makes sense for your home.
Standard Treatment
Our price: £220 for the first room, £120 for each extra room
Treats mattresses, furniture, and cracks and crevices with residual insecticide. A two-bedroom flat with both bedrooms affected is £340. If they come back within 60 days and you followed our prep instructions, we return free.
Heat Treatment
Our price: £450 for the first room, £250 for each extra room
A single-session option using specialist equipment to kill bed bugs at every life stage (eggs, nymphs and adults) without chemical residue. It costs more per room than standard treatment but often resolves faster, in one visit.
Whole Flat or House
Our price: £220 plus £120 for every extra room treated
A three-bedroom flat with bed bugs in every bedroom is £460. You get the full figure in writing before we start, not a per-visit price that grows.
What Actually Changes Your Price
- Property size and number of affected rooms: the biggest single factor
- Method chosen: heat costs more upfront but often needs fewer visits than chemical treatment
- Severity: an infestation caught early is cheaper to resolve than one that’s spread through multiple rooms or pieces of furniture
- Access: HMOs and shared buildings sometimes need coordinated treatment across units, which affects overall cost
Why We Price by the Room
Unlike a wasp nest or a single ant trail, bed bug severity varies enormously between two seemingly similar call-outs - one bedroom with early-stage activity versus a flat with bed bugs established in furniture across multiple rooms are very different jobs. Pricing by the room keeps it fair: you only pay for the rooms that actually need treating.
