Terms of Use

Best Pest Control London · Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms cover your use of this website, run by Best Pest Control London of 77 Ceres Road, London SE18 1HL. By using the site you accept them. They are written in plain English on purpose.

What this site is

This site gives information about our pest control services in London and a way to contact us. Service descriptions, advice and prices shown here are general information, not a binding quote. The price and scope of any job are what we agree with you before the work starts.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending a form, calling or emailing us does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything. It is a request for us to get back to you, and we will. A contract only starts when we have agreed a price and a visit with you. How we handle the details you send is explained in our privacy policy.

Safety advice

Any safety guidance on this site, for example about children, pets or what to do before and after a treatment, is general. Always follow the specific instructions your technician gives you for your property.

Our content

The text, images and logos on this site belong to Best Pest Control London or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for your own use. You are welcome to link to any page.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always error free or always available. We are not responsible for loss caused by relying on general information here instead of advice we give you directly about your own situation. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under UK law.

Links to other websites

Where this site links to another website, we are not responsible for that site’s content or how it handles your data.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The current version is always this page, dated at the top. Questions: email info@bestpestcontrollondon.com or call +44 20 7193 0475.
